We are a company based in Newcastle upon Tyne with numerous years of experience in the haulage industry in both Tippers and Grab Wagons, we are members of the RHA and have been awarded the Bronze FORS accreditation.

Corporate and social responsibility at Thorburn Bros is important to us. We employ local drivers who have  years of experience in the business and most of our wagons are under 3 years old and all comply with current regulations.

The business is currently involved in removing inert and non- hazardous material from new home sites around the North East, for example, building development sites for Cussins and the Testos roundabout plus various other schemes throughout the North East.

Our plant -hire facilities consist of over 100 Excavators (with Hydraulic breakers if required), ranging from 1t – 22t; 1t - 5t Dumpers; 4 and 6 -wheel Hotboxes, 8 -wheel grab wagons and access to further earth moving equipment and demolition.
